This must be a German release, hence the file name "Lady Vegas." Lay the Favorite is also known as Lady Vegas in France and Germany.
In the opening sequence, there is the following verbiage, "Wie es der Zufall will, ist die folgende Geschichte wahr." (As luck would have it, the following story is true.)
The video quality is excellent and the dialogue is in English. If you do not care about the opening sequence, this is a keeper. If you want an USA release, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
